Spent a whole month doing research, learning about the service that I was provided , water pump and timing chain replacement. I'll admit I did feel like I was swindled hustled. After speaking with our car care plan rep . but I stand corrected. And This is why I pay the professionals! like I said, after doing some research I am glad Nemnich is a place that does not cut corners. They stand behind their work and have a life time guarantee. Shout out to Nemnich Automotive— we were passing through town on the way home to Colorado when our 2020 Volvo XC60 with over 105,000 miles suddenly entered limp mode (power throttled, turtle symbol, check engine light). Turning the car off, waiting a minute, then turning it back on cleared the error, but we were nervous about continuing on the road (mostly two-lane highways with intermittent cell service) not knowing what was going on with our car. We first stopped by AutoZone hoping they could read the code, but since it had cleared they weren’t able to (check engine needed to be actively displaying). We stopped by a few other shops in town and no one could fit us in, but the last shop suggested we stop by Nemnich and I’m so glad we did! A super friendly technician came right out to the parking lot to run diagnostics, and when nothing concrete turned up he checked over all the obvious things for us. It gave us peace of mind that we were safe to return on our journey, and we made it home safe and sound. A+ service, highly recommend!

While traveling through Scottsbluff by car overheated and had to be towed to nemnich. From my first encounter to my last, the experience was professional timely and my car was fixed. When I picked up my car I was able to speak to the technician who worked on it. Explained things to me and showed me the worn parts. I'm guessing there aren't a lot of people in Scottsbluff who work on BMW m cars. I was lucky to find them.

Nemnich, the ONLY mechanics I will trust! I have been to other shops around Ogallala, NE and nobody has the time or better yet, simply doesn't know how to work on diesels. I found this shop in Gering about 2 hours away, and from now on, I will never go elsewhere to have my truck worked on. Scott, Chris, & Eric kept me informed through every step of the whole process with my fuel issues and ect. I had some other items taken care of as well while it was in there. Nemnich was quick to address all issues of my concern and had me up and running in what I would consider "Record Time". Not one gripe, complaint, or excuse from them about what Items I wanted to have repaired! OTHER shops either didn't know how to do it or they didn't find it necessary to consider my preventative maintenance findings of any value or safety concern. These guys here at Nemnich's are NOT some bozo telling you its gonna be another week or two or giving you a story line about your problem. These guys are the real professionals. Last time my truck was in the shop in Ogallala for a simple serpentine belt and battery, it took three days. Never again with anyone else. From now on It go to Nemnich instead! At Nemnich, you can be assured that you are dealing with HONEST folks here and people that actually care about you, your time, your vehicle, your safety and your wallet. My bill was even lower than my estimate. Anyone looking for a reliable place to have their car worked on, look no further. Just read their reviews and give them a call. Thank you to everyone at Nemnich’s for professionally repairing my front brakes and for diagnosing my check engine light CORRECTLY. My Jeep had been misfiring for a couple of weeks and while another repair shop was suggesting I replace the engine, quoting me an estimate of $9000.00, the professionals at Nemnich Automotive diagnosed my vehicle as having a faulty oxygen sensor, and they were spot on. As soon as I replaced the sensor my Jeep was operating normally again. If you want an honest, professional, fair diagnosis and repair, don’t waste your time going anywhere else, go to Nemnich Automotive.

I have nothing but praise for the professional manner that was exhibited during the time my vehicle was in the shop. As is the case with older vehicles like mine several other areas of need arose. I was always consulted and given an estimate before they did anything. My vehicle drives and rides better than it ever has. There are still a few things that need addressed and you can rest assured I will return to get them fixed.

I travel for my job and was 300 miles away from home. I noticed my tires were wearing odd on the rear. Stopped in they got me in for a service, alignment and new tires that afternoon and finished it all up before close of business. They even let me borrow one of their courtesy cars so I could continue working while my car got fixed. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs.

Although I brought my vehicle in on a mistake on my own. ( Was empty on gas) The team treated me absolutely with respect fairness and concern for some other issues that they did find. They walked me through those issues and I was able to choose the one I wanted to do for this season and I will be back for the next season to finish the work. The all-around thoroughness of the work as well as professionalism will 100% keep me coming back. I highly recommend these guys.

Nemnich's has always been great to us. Fast and reasonably priced. They found a problem that 2 other mechanics couldn't find. With my new vehicle they replaced a transmission for me and did other work. I wish they would be better with communicating as I was told my vehicle would be done on a specific day, but didn't call me to let me know about other issues. I had to call them.

Gotta give these guys and gals 5 Stars all the way. Would give them 10 if I could, well I guess I can.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Came in with a possible transmission issue and they determined it was the transmission cooling system that blew. They not only kept in constant communications throughout the repair, they were COMPLETLY honest and transparent about everything. They could have ripped me off for $1,000's, but didn't. They have a customer for life with me.. Thank you Nemnich and the staff..

Man let me start off by saying the customer service here is incomparable. From start when I called to after I pick up my car after repairs it has been nothing but helpful service. My car is a piece of garabage but they treated it as if it was a Ferrari!! KEVIN has been amazing to me and even reached out hours after I picked up my car to say thank you for bringing my car into them 5/5 definitely recommend
